The
words of Nazely Farouk, one of our returning guests, probably expresses
it best;
"A truly sensual experience of majestic
sights, sounds and touches.
Thank you Andrew for providing pleasure to the senses."
The
Name Ntengu
The
lodge is perched on the edge of a cliff and affords one views of
the Palmiet River Valley.
The cliff is called Ntengu and is named after a bird, the Forked
Tail Drongo, which can be seen
in abundance in the area. Legend has it that Ntengu is a colloquial
word for conversation,
so named because the bird is very talkative.
